Message from the Head of School

We are thankful to God for allowing us to finish a wonderful week of rest from the strenuous exercise of academic study these first two quarters.  We hope that both our students and our teachers are able to enjoy this week with their families and friends, have many adventures, and return to school ready to share their stories and return to the classroom refreshed and ready to learn.

We are very excited about the activities coming up the week we return to school.  July 20 we have a friendly chess tournament in honor of World Chess Day, which remembers the day that the International Chess Federation was founded in 1924.

On Friday, July 22, we are having a cultural festival where our preschool and primary students will share with the rest of the school important and interesting facts about each department in our beautiful country such as their customs, traditions, and typical foods.  This festival will be saturated with color, music, food, and dance, in order to fully celebrate both Honduras Day and Lempira Day.

Please do not hesitate to come by the school to see us or give us a call if you have any concerns or ideas to share with us.  Have a great week!
