Mission Lazarus remains committed to investing in national leadership. At this year’s Leadership Conference, one powerful theme echoed through every session, testimony, and moment of prayer: Investing in the One.

In a world that measures impact by numbers, we are reminded that Jesus measured impact by people; one conversation, one life, one act of compassion at a time. What began 25 years ago with a simple journey into the mountains of Honduras has grown into an international movement rooted in relationship, purpose, and dignity. Yet the heart of our mission remains the same: see the individual, know their name, and walk with them.
