320 Students. One Simple Gift.

On September 7, every desk in our classrooms will be filled.

Three hundred twenty children will walk through the gates of Lazarus Academy in Haiti for the first day of school. They'll arrive with big dreams of becoming teachers, nurses, pastors, mechanics, engineers, business owners, and leaders in their communities.

But before the first lesson begins, there is one simple need we must meet.

Every student needs a new pair of durable leather school shoes.

For many of our students, these won't simply complete a school uniform, they will be the only sturdy pair of shoes they own. They protect growing feet during the walk to school, reduce exposure to parasites and infection, and allow every child to begin the school year with confidence and dignity.

Outside the gates of Lazarus Academy, life in Haiti remains incredibly difficult. Families continue to face deep poverty, food insecurity, and ongoing political instability. Yet every morning, parents make tremendous sacrifices to send their children to school because they believe education offers their children the opportunity for a different future.

At Lazarus Academy, students receive far more than an education. They hear the Gospel, receive two nutritious meals each day, and gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to break the cycle of poverty for generations to come.

Our goal is simple: before September 7, we need to provide 320 pairs of school shoes. A gift of $40 provides one child with a durable pair of leather school shoes and ensures they begin the school year protected, prepared, and ready to learn.

You aren't simply purchasing a pair of shoes. You're helping a child take the first step toward a brighter future.

Will you help us make sure every student walks through our gates on September 7 ready to learn, ready to grow, and ready to discover the future God has prepared for them?
